Thank you for shopping at Loro Venzaro. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely happy, we offer a clear and fair return policy in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

1. Return Period
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. After this period, returns cannot be accepted unless the item is faulty.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags, and in the original packaging.
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@lorvenzaro.com within the 14-day return window. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as these will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A flat fee of €50.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. (Possibility of restocking fee)

4.1 Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may request to cancel your order at any time before the item has been shipped. In specific cases, If you choose to cancel your order before dispatch, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the total order value, to cover administrative and payment processing costs.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at contact@lorovenzaro.com as soon as possible. We will confirm whether your order has already been processed for shipping and if your order falls into the 30% cancellation fee category.
Every email must be written and sent in English, otherwise a response will not be given.

5. Refund Deductions for Used or Damaged Items
Under EU law, if the item is returned in a condition that reduces its value (e.g., signs of use, missing parts), we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.

6. Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return. Please check product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@lorovenzaro.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement, repair, or refund — at no cost to you.

8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., opened beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.

10. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it. This right applies to most products unless exempted (see section 8).
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging and tags.
